Meghan Markle has delved into her ancestry in the newest episode of her podcast. The Duchess of Sussex invited Nigerian American actress and comedian Issa Rae, writer Ziwe Fumudoh and professor Emily Bernards on her podcast Archetypes to talk about the "Angry Black Woman" stereotype and how it tries to hold women back.

And she then told listeners and her guests that she took a genealogy test, revealing that she is 43 per cent Nigerian, the Mirror reports. "I just had my genealogy done a couple years ago," Meghan explains, as her guests were eager to know what the results were.The Duchess then proudly proclaimed: "I'm 43 per cent Nigerian" with a delighted Ziwe shouting: "No way!".Meghan then laughs over her guest's excitement, as she opens up about her genetic roots during the revelation."Are you serious?
