People reports that the video was shot at a public beach near the couple’s home in Montecito, Calif. It has been rumored for a while now that the handle @meghan was indeed Meghan‘s new account, but that wasn’t confirmed until just now. Meghan previously had over 3 million followers on Instagram, but deleted all of her social media accounts in early 2018 before marrying Harry, 40, later that year.
