Meghan Markle praised by Duck! Rabbit! author’s widower after reading to Archie

The widower of a beloved children's author has sent an emotional message to Meghan Markle after she read the writer's most famous text to Archie.

On Wednesday Prince Harry and his wife marked the first birthday of their son Archie by taking part in a Save With Stories storytime on Instagram.

As part of the charity initiative the Duchess of Sussex read 'Duck! Rabbit! with her toddler, who helped to turn the pages. At the end of the reading Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, cheered while Archie grabbed the book, placed it in his mouth and giggled.

After seeing the sweet video Jason Rosenthal, who is the widow of the book's co-author Amy Krouse Rosenthal, said he was touched to see his late wife's work read in such a way.
