Meghan Markle recently starred as the narrator in a touching new advert for a non-profit organisation where she appears to have made a subtle nod to her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.The Duchess of Sussex spoke to military veterans and exchanged hugs with their families during the short but moving clip, however, fans couldn't help but notice her intriguing outfit choice.The 42-year-old chose to wear a blue and white Ralph Lauren button-down shirt which she paired with a black Lafayette 148 New York 'Rafferty' Midi Skirt.In terms of jewellery, she wore the Lorraine Schwartz pinky ring and added Princess Diana's Cartier watch to complete her look, the Express reports.However, what's most interesting about the Duchess' choice of outfit is that she wore the exact same shirt whilst attending day 12 of Wimbledon in 2018 alongside her estranged sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.The two royals watched the famous tennis tournament's women's finals together which was their first joint outing together without their husbands, Prince William and Prince Harry.They both cheered on tennis legend Serena Williams as she played who is known to be one of Meghan's close friends and even attended her wedding day.However, the Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex are no longer friends and are believed to have not been on speaking terms for several years now.Much like their feuding husbands, their relationship came to an end after Harry and Meghan made their dramatic exit from the Firm at the beginning of 2020.It comes as a royal insider has suggested that Kate has "no desire to communicate" with Meghan or her brother-in-law Prince Harry, whom she was once very close with, as tensions still remain high following the number of shocking
