Meghan Markle 'approved pal's TV appearance' after agreeing with Queen to 'end royal row’

Meghan Markle gave her approval for her pal to appear on This Morning to back her claims about the Royal Family in her and Harry's bombshell interview with US talk show host Oprah Winfrey, it is claimed.

In the interview, Meghan told Oprah she "didn't want to be alive anymore" when she was pregnant with Archie. She also claimed an unnamed senior royal had quizzed Prince Harry about what skin colour baby Archie would have and "what that would mean or look like".

She also claims there were concerns her son Archie would not receive security because he was not a prince. Her close pal, Janina Gavankar, a US actress and musician claimed on This Morning on Wednesday emails and texts support Meghan's account of racism from an unnamed royal.
