But trolls have accused her of faking getting shot and lying about her injuries after she went on a night out over the weekend.
So Megan set the record straight with a picture of her injuries, and it seems she's definitely telling the truth. Her picture showed her badly wounded foot with broken skin where the bullet had entered and stitches where it had been sewn up by surgeons.
