Megan McKenna has shared a candid update on motherhood as she speaks about anxiety after a family day out.The former TOWIE star, 32, welcomed her first child, a baby boy called Landon, with her fiancé Oliver Burke in October and has been sharing honest updates ever since.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, 17 November, Megan shared a series of snaps from a family day out while outlining the difficulties of parenthood over the last six weeks.

In a lengthy caption, she openly shared: "We had Sunday lunch out today, obviously Landon had his lunch at the table too. We laugh because going for our Sunday walks takes all day now. "By the time I feed Landon, change him, get ourselves ready, Oli’s packing the car and changing him one last time because he’s had an explosion, we finally get to the actual destination to look at the time and realise it’s time to feed again.

I wouldn’t have it any other way tho, the love I have for him is crazy." She continued: "He was such a good boy today. he’s so alert and looks around everywhere!
