The 34-year-old Transformers star made her red carpet debut with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly at the American Music Awards earlier this week and with their relationship taking a more serious turn, she is looking to bring her marriage to a legal end.
The Blast has reported that Megan filed the divorce documents on Wednesday and that Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian, 47, also filed his response.
The pair separated in May after 10 years of marriage and Megan was soon seen spending time with rapper MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker.
