Megan Barton Hanson has taken a swipe at Love Island as she says the way she was portrayed on the show means her life "is a pantomime" in which she is "always the villain".The 28 year old starred on the hit ITV2 show in 2018, receiving horrific trolling for her portrayal after she coupled up with three boys during her time in the villa.
She eventually finished in fourth place with Wes Nelson, 24, but they later split during his time on Dancing On Ice. Megan went on to star on Celebs Go Dating, where she came out as bisexual and was once again the subject of trolling.
Discussing her experience on Munroe Bergdof's The Way We Are podcast, Megan said: "I understand on the show it’s dramatised, but my whole life now is a pantomime. "I’m always going to be a villain and that was hard to deal with.
I felt like in the media, I’m always going to be the enemy. "I’m always going to be the bad guy because of how I was on one show.
