The person behind a stabbing outside a McDonald's in Salford is still being hunted by police, it has been confirmed this morning.
A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital in a serious condition following the incident outside the fast food restaurant in Higher Broughton on Saturday night (March 4).
Officers from GMP rushed to the scene shortly after 7.10pm following reports of a concern for welfare on Basten Drive in Salford, close to the McDonald's restaurant. READ MORE: Man dies 'while cooking' as emergency services scrambled to house "It is believed that the incident occurred outside the McDonalds restaurant in Higher Broughton, Salford," said GMP in their statement.
An investigation was subsequently launched. In an update on Sunday (March 5), police said the victim remains in hospital with serious, but not thought to be life-threatening, injuries.
