McCoo artist Steven Brown has been hospitalised after suffering from a stroke at his home.The Ayrshire painter became unwell last week with medics later confirming the 49-year-old had suffered a stroke.Mr Brown is responsible for the outlandish and colourful depictions of Highland cows and other animals that adorn the walls of thousands of homeowners around the world.A statement on the Steven Brown Art Twitter feed said that the artist was in a stable condition with doctors now monitoring him closely.The statement read: "Steven was admitted to hospital last week after falling unwell at home.

It has now been confirmed that Steven has unfortunately suffered a stroke."He is currently in hospital being monitored closely and is now in a stable condition.
