Max George gives health update ahead of Christmas after emergency surgery

Max George is all set to leave the hospital after his heart surgery, he's announced.The 36 year old member of The Wanted suffered a health scare and was whisked off to hospital earlier in the month after falling ill.

He later shared that he was kept in due to heart troubles and had to have a major operation because his condition wasn't getting any better.

From his hospital bed, Max told fans he's feeling "battered and bruised" but is finally ready to head back home. He shared: "It's time to go home.The numbers are way, way better.

Feel knackered and have slept a lot today." "Few more tests to do over the next couple of weeks. Something to do with my lungs, but that's the least of my worries right now.
