evoke.ieMaura Higgins proved a sensation with viewers as she began hosting the new RTÉ beauty competition, but it seems the ratings are yet to glow up.
Marking the latest turn in her career, her Glow Up Ireland debut even left one happy fan announcing that she was ‘representing every rural woman in Ireland with her voice.’ Ratings have now been released for the first episode of the series and they showed that under 80,000 viewers tuned into see the Love Island alum in action.
The show is a spin-off of the popular BBC competition of the same name and sees ten of Ireland’s best amateur makeup artists pitted against each other in a series of challenges with a roster of leading Irish creatives guest judging.
