Maura Higgins to suffer more than any other star on I'm A Celeb as she heads to show hungover

Love Island's Maura Higgins is all set to spice up the jungle in this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.The reality star, who recently enjoyed a wild trip to Las Vegas, landed in Australia admitting she's feeling worse for wear. "Honestly, I'm not good....I feel like I'm in The Hangover, I've even got the shakes," she shared with a laugh. "I have no clue what time it is, I don't know where I am.

In fact, I've done the opposite of preparing myself [for the jungle]. I've tried not to think about it, because when I think about it, I get so much anxiety." Despite her unorthodox approach to pre-jungle life, Maura is keen to represent Love Island alumni and doesn't want to disappoint her fans. "I just don't want to let people down, because everyone's been DMing me, saying 'Oh my God, I hope you're doing the show,'" she said.

Her mother was shocked to hear about her jungle stint. "She nearly died. She went: 'Maura, how are you going to do that?' She is baffled as I'm more of an indoor girl...I like my hotels.

I've never slept outside," Maura revealed, adding that she's always opted for hotel comfort over camping at festivals, reports the Mirror. "I'm always like, 'no, get me back to a hotel,'" she chuckled.Trials in the jungle could prove to be a real challenge for her. "If spiders go over the top of my head, I might just die," she admitted.
