The last words of Friends star Matthew Perry have been revealed in fresh documents, released after five people were charged earlier this week in relation to his death.

Perry died on October 28 last year, and his final remarks to his assistant Kenneth Iwamasa were included in court documents released this week.

The Daily Mail newspaper reports that Perry told Iwamasa to “shoot me up with a big one” referring to a dose of ketamine. He also asked his aide to prepare the jacuzzi.

Perry was later found face down in the hot tub. The same documents reveal that Perry had previously twice been found unconscious at his home.
