A long in the works revival of White Collar may be coming to fruition. Matt Bomer, who played a reformed conman on the USA Network series from 2009–2014, told TVLine that “there has been talk.
It’s actually very legitimate talk, it’s in conversation. … a lot of things need to fall into place, but there is a plan in effect, at least, so we’ll see what happens.” Bomer and creator Jeff Eastin began talking about a White Collar revival in 2020 during a charity cast reunion on the Stars In the House YouTube channel. “There is nothing I would want than to be on a set with this group of people again,” said Bomer, who organized the reunion. “There are real conversations happening.
There seems to be a lot of excitement about it.” White Collar certainly isn’t the first old favorite from USA that is looking for a second lease on life.
Deadline recently reported that Suits creator Aaron Korsh is developing an offshoot of his legal drama that has been enjoying a renaissance on Netflix.
