mirror.co.ukEx-Massive Attack star Tricky's daughter Mina Topley-Bird died aged 24 in May 2019. And on Monday the cause of the up and coming musicians death was shared at an inquest in Durham.
Mina was found dead in hospital after she had a serious mental health episode on a train following a gig with her band, the inquest heard.
The 404 band member was found hanging at West Park Hospital, Darlington, in May 2019, having performed with her band in Newcastle, days prior.
The inquest was told that she thought the gig with her band had gone badly and believed people had laughed. Mina was travelling back to her home in London when she had a psychotic episode and she got off the train at Darlington alongside her friend and bandmate Brendan Murphy.
