The child star, 33, initially signed off for a divorce from her 50-year-old husband on April 17 but New York City courts haven't been accepting divorce filings amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Now the TV sensation has upped the ante by requesting an emergency order to end her marriage. And now the French banker is kicking Mary-Kate out of his multi-million dollar NYC apartment they shared together by terminating their lease without telling her.
It is reported that Olivier's lawyers told his wife to get out on May 18, however that did not leave her with enough time to find a place of her own.
