Mary-Kate Olsen‘s lawyers moved to quickly file her divorce papers after her emergency petition was rejected by a judge following her split from husband Olivier Sarkozy.The Full House alum’s legal team were the first in New York City to file paperwork on Monday, May 25, after the New York courts lifted an eight-week moratorium due to the coronavirus pandemic that halted all criminal and civil court proceedings not deemed to be essential or an emergency.The New York Daily News reports that Olsen’s lawyers filed a summons and complaint on Monday morning with the Manhattan county clerk.
