The last time I baked was 17 years ago in my Food Technology class. It was fairy cakes, I got an A for effort but C for my bake, so hot cross buns are way out of my comfort zone.
And after Bake Off judge Mary Berry said she believes supermarket buns are better than even her recipe, I think my homemade ones are in trouble.
