Martine McCutcheon hospitalised with illness as she pleads with friends to Google symptoms

As former EastEnders actress Martin McCutcheon enjoyed some much-needed R&R in Mallorca to celebrate her husband's birthday, she also gave fans further insight into her recent health scares.The 47-year-old took to Instagram to admit how 'big of a deal' it was to be able to celebrate Jack's birthday as she was 'hospitalised' during his last one.The star said, comparing this year to the previous celebrations: "Last year was terrible.

Martine, also known for her fan-favourite role in Christmas movie Love Actually, Martine was diagnosed with the illness in 2011 and is often open with fans on how the condition has an effect on her life.

In her recent post, she addressed how frustrating CFS can be as she doesn't always "know how my symptoms will be and I hate letting people down." She also encouraged her friends to "Google CFS/fibro symptoms", as "understanding comes with support." "I only surround myself with people who understand that if I need to cancel something (& that can happen often) it's not a choice I want to make.
