Martine McCutcheon is hoping for a brighter 2025 after suffering another setback following her split from husband Jack McManus. The Love Actually star, 48, and musician Jack, 40, ended their 18-year romance over the summer, with Martine hinting that she was against the separation and Jack was the one to end their marriage.
Adding to the former EastEnders actress's woes, it's reported that Martine has had to reduce the asking price of her once happy marital home as she prepares to sell up ahead of their divorce.
Jack and Martine put their £1.5million Surrey house on the market in May, three months before announcing their split. The house, where the ex-couple lived with their nine year old son Rafferty, was bought by Martine and Jack for £1.3 million in June 2022.
Despite initially listing it for sale at £1.5million, the former couple have since cut the price by £250,000, according to MailOnline- meaning they could lose £50,000 if it sells for the £1.25million they're asking for.
