Martin Lewis has issued a warning to PayPal customers as money could be taken from your account if you don't log in. The warning comes after the payments firm brought in a new policy which will deduct funds automatically unless you log in often enough. "Paypal users warning.

It is going to introduce a £12 inactivity fee," Martin Tweeted. The good news is that you should be able to get around the charge - as long as you're aware of it.

Martin pointed to a guide his team has put together on MoneySavingExpert.com explaining exactly how it all works. PayPal users will be charged a £12 fee from 16 December 2020 if their accounts have been inactive for at least 12 months in a row.
