Martin Lewis has revealed a top tip for all the suffering TUI customers out there who have been trying to speak to the tour operator on the phone but failing miserably.
People desperate to get information on whether their holiday is going ahead or when they will be getting a refund have been left frustrated due to not being able to get through to anyone.
Customers have complained of racking up large phone bills while waiting in a queue to speak to customer services. TUI launched a new online refund form in May to make things easier for customers to get their money back after apologising for their holiday refund fiasco.
