Martin Compston has proved he's as Scottish as they come as he showed his fans a glimpse of his very Scottish fry-up. The actor, who plays Detective Sergeant Steve Arnott in the hit BBC show, delighted fans with his Sunday scran, which featured Scottish classics.
He posted a pic of his breakfast on Twitter, captioned: "Sunday coming at ye." The 36-year-old was tucking in to a roll and square sausage - before planning to wash the whole lot down with his beloved Irn-Bru.
One fan was so taken that Compston, who hails from Greenock, was staying true to his roots they said he was eating the "food of the gods." But some fans joked he had let the side down by drinking Italian lager Peroni with the breakfast - saying he should have opted for.
