Al Faisaly have made Martin Boyle a life-changing offer that would see the Hibs star make in excess of £1.5million a year. It comes as manager Shaun Maloney added to his own squad with the loan signing of Rocky Bushiri on-loan from Norwich City. Record Sport exclusively revealed last month the Saudi Arabians’ interest in the Australia winger last month and they have now tabled an improved £2.25million bid.
Al Faisaly’s opening £500,000 offer was rejected but they have since made multiple offers – including one of £2m – but the latest is now north of that figure.
The big-money offer has now been put to Hibs owner Ron Gordon to make a final decision. Boyle has been made aware of the deal that would net him more than £29,000 a week.
The Socceroo only signed a new contract in the last window, as Aberdeen failed in a £500,000 bid to trigger an early clause that was in his last deal.
