The reality TV personality, 29, appeared on series six of the looking for love show and was matched up with model Sam Ball. And when she watched the series back she was horrified to hear Sam making comments about her body - which prompted her to lose nearly two stone.
In scenes aired on the Down Under series, Sam body-shamed Elizabeth as he told the camera crew that he "never dated a girl as big as her".
Since the show, in which Sam and Elizabeth did not make it far in the experiment, Elizabeth has been doing the 5:2 diet and hitting the gym.
