After Arg spoke out about his battle with drug addiction on This Morning, Mark took to his Instagram story to say how proud he was of his bestie for turning his life around.
Mark wrote: ‘I know how hard that was for you today big man. So proud of you @real_arg love always brother.’ The former Towie star turned presenter was also credited with encouraging Arg to get help when things started to spiral out of control.
Arg revealed Mark went out of his way to help him when he reached rock bottom at Christmas 2019, saying on the show: ‘Mark is my best friend.
