The 30-year-old is back at United following a disasttorous loan spell with boyhood club Estudiantes which saw him make only one appearance as a combination of injury and lockdown ended his season early.Rojo's loan expired at the end of June but United had no plans to reintegrate him into their first-team squad before their own season ended, and it remains to be seen how his future will be resolved.
