As the trend of ordering a takeaway increases across the UK, obesity rates are also on a sharp spike upwards.Since fish and chips first gained popularity back in the Victorian era, ordering a fast food meal from a takeaway restaurant has become an increasingly popular option for many, the Mirror reports.People are aware that takeaways aren't the most healthy choice to make every day, with home-cooked meals easier to keep track of and control in terms of ingredients.
