The Mancunian Way is set to close to traffic during a number of nights for 'vital repair works'. The first phase will see the west-bound lanes closed overnight to traffic for repair works and traffic surveys.
When the works are complete, the carriageway will re-open and 'phase two' will see the east-bound lanes closed during a number of nights.
To minimise disruption, specialist bridge inspections will also take place during the closures as part of the routine upkeep of the carriageway as will gully cleansing and street light repairs.
