One of Manchester's busiest roads will close for four nights while urgent works take place. Safety repairs are set to be carried out on the barrier along the Mancunian Way.
The motorway will be shut while the works are carried out, with a diversion in place. Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) has confirmed four dates for the overnight works to take place.
The road is set to be closed from 8pm on Sunday (October 22), Monday, Wednesday and Thursday next week. It should reopen at 6am on each of the following mornings. READ MORE: 'My brother laced my milk with laxatives...
