United trained at Brisbane Road, home to Leyton Orient, on Saturday to prepare for West Ham and the pictures that were released revealed which players had travelled to London.
Harry Maguire, Kobbie Mainoo and Mason Mount are currently unavailable through injury and that opened the door for Wheatley, Amass, Ogunneye and Fletcher to be involved.
Wheatley, Amass and Ogunneye were named in the squad to face Fenerbache in the Europa League on Thursday, but Fletcher was left at home and depending on whether Jonny Evans is considered fit enough to play, all four could be included in the squad at the London Stadium.
