Manchester United's Anthony Elanga has admitted scoring his first international goal for Sweden was bittersweet. Elanga, 19, enjoyed a breakout campaign at United last season and his performances have been recognised by Sweden manager Janne Andersson.

Elanga has represented Sweden through various age levels but he's now a firm part of Andersson's senior squad. Sweden continued their UEFA Nations League campaign against Norway on Sunday night and Elanga started in that match.

Erling Haaland scored a brace for Norway and Elanga managed to halve the deficit in extra-time, which was his first international goal.
