Manchester United are still hoping to loan Amad out before transfer deadline day, even if Jesse Lingard joins Anthony Martial in leaving the club this month.
The French forward completed his loan move to Sevilla on Tuesday night while the English playmaker continues to be linked with his own exit, despite concerns a proposed move to Newcastle could collapse.
United would be left without two senior attacking options should both deals eventually go through — with some fans questioning who will replace the duo in Ralf Rangnick's squad.
However, it does not look like Amad will be one of the replacements, with MEN Sport understanding the club are still working hard to find him a loan club before next Monday's deadline.
