Anderson joined United from Brighton and Hove Albion in January 2017 with the remit of scouting potential new recruits in the south of England.
The highly-rated scout also used to work for Liverpool and is credited for identifying Raheem Sterling as a top talent during his time at QPR, playing a key role in his eventual move to Anfield.
Anderson will now take a few months off from work following his Old Trafford exit before he looks at possible new ventures in the New Year.Speaking after he joined the club three years ago Anderson spoke of his delight to be hired by United and cited David.
