Manchester United players can expect an owner who is 'present' should Sir Jim Ratcliffe complete plans to acquire 25 per cent of the Old Trafford club.
That's the message from two former Nice players. Sir Jim has emerged as the favourite to invest in United following Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim's dramatic decision to drop out of the takeover race on Saturday evening.
INEOS owner Ratcliffe is now expected to move forward with plans to invest in United ahead of a potential phased takeover in the coming years.
