The title-winning midfielder took to the social media platform to provide an insight into what he gets up to away from his punditry duties for ITV Sport and Sky Sports.
But to the surprise of many fans, it showed a different side to the Ireland legend and it brought an outpouring of laughter from fans and former players alike.
To his 2.1m Instagram followers, Keane posted: "My PR team told me I needed to create content today. Enjoy."
