A Manchester United fan who attended matches at Old Trafford has been killed by Hamas. Yonatan Rapoport has been named as one of the seven UK nationals known to have been killed in Hamas' attack on Israel earlier this month.

The British-Israeli was a member of the official Israeli fan club of Manchester United, Israeli Reds. The BBC reported Yonatan's death this morning (October 19).

It is reported that father-of-two Yonatan was killed in the attack on the Be'eri kibbutz, in southern Israel. In a post on the group's Facebook page, Israeli Reds says Yonatan was 'excited' to take his son to Old Trafford for the first time when United play Luton Town on November 11.
