Manchester United are reportedly doing checks on Brentford striker Ivan Toney ahead of a potential summer transfer approach.
Toney is set to leave the Bees at the end of the campaign after stating on several occasions he wants to make a move to a 'big club'.
At 28, this summer is likely to be one of the final chances for Toney could make that switch to a club of United's stature. Since returning from his gambling ban in January, Toney has scored four goals for the struggling Bees and bagged his first for England on Tuesday night during a 2-2 draw with Belgium at Wembley Stadium.
According to HITC, United are prepared to make a move for the forward in the summer but the current asking price of £100m would need to be negotiated down.
