Former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan has vowed to return to Old Trafford and watch the Reds alongside the fans in the Stretford End.
The Uruguayan striker scored 17 goals in 98 appearances for United during his two-and-a-half year stint in the North West where he won the Premier League and the FA Cup under legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
Forlan is adored by United fans and passionately remembered for his brace against rivals Liverpool at Anfield which led to the infamous song for the 42-year-old.
Since his departure in 2004, he has since returned once on Sir Alex's 25th anniversary in 2011. But he is looking forward to returning to the stadium again and hopes to take in a match alongside supporters at Old Trafford.
