Tributes have been paid to a "kind, caring, and truly inspirational" academic at one of the city's universities who has died suddenly aged 45.
Sudeh Cheraghi-Sohi was tragically found dead outside her home by her partner an hour after leaving, an inquest has heard. Mum-of-two Sudeh worked as a research fellow at The University of Manchester.
Family, friends, and colleagues say they have been left shocked and saddened by her death. They have paid tribute to her on social media, Yorkshire Live reports.
Her mum, Diane, described Sudeh as a "wonderful and much-cherished daughter" whose loss had "left a huge void in all our lives that can never be filled.
