The Premier League have confirmed the exact date and kick-off time for the first Manchester derby of the Premier League season.
Originally the game had been scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 2 at 4:30pm. Although the date remains the same, the kick-off time for the highly anticipated fixture has been brought forward.
The fixture will now kick off at 2pm. Sky Sports will still be broadcasting the clash between Pep Guardiola's side and Erik ten Hag's men. City will discover their European opponents on Thursday, August 25. City managed to complete the double over United last season.
