A new direct route between Manchester Airport and Shanghai is set to launch this summer. Chinese airline Juneyao Airlines will operate three weekly services between Manchester and the Chinese city.
The flights are scheduled to commence from July 3. Flights are expected to operate every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday between Manchester Airport to Shanghai Pudong Airport, according to ChinaDaily.com.cn.
The new service means there will be 15 non-stop flights to China from Manchester every week this summer. On Friday the Juneyao Airlines also announced that it is launching a new direct flight between Shanghai and Brussels, again starting in July, as part of its expanding services.
