Man who went missing for days after flying to Tenerife FOUND safe and well

An electrician from Greater Manchester who went missing after flying to Tenerife has been found safe. Kris Finney, from Ramsbottom, jetted off to the Canary Island last Thursday morning (October 31).

The 31-year-old spoke to his mum to confirm he had landed, but he did not meet his friend who he had arranged to see. His family had not heard from Kris following that phone call.

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) confirmed earlier today that it was aware of Kris' disappearance. But in a positive update this afternoon, Kris' family confirmed he has been found safe. READ MORE: Tragedy as person dies at Greater Manchester railway station He was found today (Monday) and spoke to his family, including aunt Debbie Kenyon, who has been in contact with the Manchester Evening News.

It's understood the FCDO liaised with local police in Tenerife earlier today for enquiries to begin into Kris' disappearance.
