On June 11 last year, Jamie Cooper terrorised Phethean Street, in Farnworth, by climbing onto the roof of his house and hurling tiles at officers and emergency service vehicles.
The stand-off lasted around seven hours and Cooper was given a two year suspended sentence at Bolton Crown Court on October 22, 2020.
The 29-year-old had previously pleaded guilty to six counts of criminal damage to property under £5,000, three counts of criminal damage to property over £5,000, affray, and assault by beating of an emergency
