Richard Barnett, the man who was photographed putting his feet up on Nancy Pelosi‘s desk amid the Capitol riot in January, is having a hard time making a living now.

The man who is facing criminal charges for infiltrating the politician’s office during the violent takeover is asking a judge for help, via his legal counsel, TMZ reported. Click inside to find out more… According to his attorneys, he lost his job as a window salesman, and new court restrictions are making it difficult for him to make a living in his new job.

The current 50-mile restriction on him does not allow him to travel far enough to flip classic cars, which is his current gig.
