A man who passed away briefly after collapsing in his home has revealed why he came back from the dead. Bert Biscoe, a Cornwall councillor and former mayor of Truro, suffered a severe seizure in May 2023 due to an undiagnosed diabetic condition.The 71-year-old died but was resuscitated by his wife Sue before being rushed to hospital.
