Stan Collymore has told Manchester United to open their cheque-books and complete a transfer for Jadon Sancho as soon as possible - or risk having to pay more at the end of the window.
Sancho is known to be the Red Devils' No.1 target this summer, with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer known to be a big fan of the Dortmund forward.
It is believed Sancho has agreed personal terms with United, but a fee between the two sides is yet to be agreed, with Dortmund insisting they will not accept anything under £100m.
And writing in his column for Mirror Sport, Collymore stated his belief that United would be better off splashing out now rather than letting negotiations drag on. "My message to Manchester United over Jadon Sancho is simple: ‘Pay up’,"
