Despite the window running until October 5, the Red Devils’ hierarchy will be keen to get some business done in the near future amid multiple transfer sagas that could drag out for the next six weeks.

The restart of the Premier League on September 12, too, shows how soon fixtures will come back around and United remain in the market for several players.

Whether they can land those targets remains to be seen, but what we do know is that Solskjaer is keen to address a number of areas.
